DL-Panthenol is normally exists as powder from and liquid form,i.e DL-Panthenol Powder and DL-Panthenol 50% in water solution,Panthenol is water soluble and particularly useful in hair care formulations, but can be used for skin and nail care as well. This vitamin is often referred to as ProVitamin B5.
